The word on the course.
How golfers talk about it, summarized from public reviews. Their opinions, not our scoring.
One of the tougher tests in the Vegas area, a Casper/Nash desert routing through three canyons with a heavy slope and a punishing rough. Scenery rivals anything in Henderson, and wind raises the difficulty further.
Consistently praised
- A three-canyon routing with dramatic Strip and desert views.
- Hole 11 risk-reward over an island hazard, a standout; variety in shot selection from elevated tees.
Worth knowing
- The rough is genuinely penal; miss the fairway and you’ll likely give up a stroke.
Golfers recommend
- Play one set up from your usual; the 139 slope is real.
- Factor in the wind, especially on the long par 3s.
