Opinions split between players who love the setting and the price point and players who feel the conditions do not match the property.
Consistently praised

- Pace of play and friendly staff get mentioned in the better reviews.
Worth knowing
- Drainage and turf quality come up repeatedly in negative reviews, and overall recommendation rates run low.
Golfers recommend
- Set expectations for a muni rather than a manicured private; come for the views and the walk.
- Take an extra ball or two on the holes near the stream and the lower elevations where wet ground tends to gather.
